Securities America understands that supervisory staff are pivotal players in the success of a financial practice. The creation of this Principal Advisory Council provides an opportunity for our principals to offer improvement ideas and feedback on current or proposed processes and initiatives in an effort to provide exceptional service to the entire Securities America family.
The Council meets annually to brainstorm to provide feedback to leadership on strategy, tactics and marketing messages. Council members serve a 3-year term and represent a diverse mix of business, geographic region, gender and backgrounds.
Securities America recognizes assistants are the backbone of our industry. That's why we established the Sales Assistant Advisory Board. This provides an opportunity for assistants to offer improvement ideas and initiatives to SAI from our front line customers.
This award is nominated by home office employees and voted on by a panel of Securities America employees.

She runs an office of 10 people and trains staff on her firm’s process, technology and story. When Second Opinion Partners joined Securities America, Margene ensured 1,500 accounts were repapered during her maternity leave and return to work. And last year, when the firm moved to a different version of Sales Force, Margene worked several late nights to make sure the transition went well.
